Nathalie Delplanque
Directrice des Ressources Humaines
To achieve this, I implemented processes, tools, and services. I recruited and trained junior staff, providing support over several weeks. Additionally, I facilitated the internal promotion of employees to assume greater responsibilities. The project culminated in the creation of a steering committee for the Support functions, enhancing collaboration among different departments and overseeing numerous development initiatives for the partners.
Throughout this mission, I worked closely with the management team, including partners and department heads. I would like to express my gratitude to Haussmann Management for selecting me for this excellent assignment, which aligns perfectly with my background and aspirations. Our monthly meetings served as valuable checkpoints, and I always knew that in times of difficulty, I could rely on Mr. de Lauwe for support. »
Patrice CAILLY
Directeur Général
I highly valued the ongoing support from Haussmann MT, characterized by continuous communication and active listening between ourselves and the client company. This facilitated the continual adjustment of our actions during the mission.»
Arthur ROZEN
Senior Financial Manager
« I was called in by the client when their investment team experienced an abrupt departure, leaving a portfolio of investments in a precarious situation. Consequently, I collaborated closely with the CEO to revitalize these holdings.
Simultaneously, we realigned the investment sector with the requirements set forth by the AMF, leading me to assume the corporate role of CEO for this division. After several months of concerted efforts, we witnessed a turnaround, and the companies began their path to recovery. Within this context, we revitalized the investment activities, reinvigorating this pioneer of Private Equity.
Haussmann Transition’s contribution was primarily twofold:
1) They identified a client need and connected it with my profile.
2) They actively monitored the relationship with the shareholder, preempting potential pitfalls and pricing issues while fortifying the long-term sustainability of the position. »
