Emmanuel Cazier

Partner

A graduate of the IEP in Paris and the Paris Law Faculty, Emmanuel began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1990, before joining the Paribas group in 1992 as a corporate account manager. In 1996, he joined Singer & Hamilton, where he successively managed the support functions (corporate finance, HR and tax & legal), and then created and developed the real estate practice from 2002. He co-founded Haussmann Executive Search in 2010.

Hugues de Lauwe

Partner

After two formative experiences, firstly as a paratrooper in the French army and then as a non-commissioned officer in the merchant navy, Hugues decided to move into the recruitment business.
He joined a major Anglo-Saxon executive search firm as a consultant, specialising in the industrial sector and overseeing recruitment assignments for middle and top management profiles, both in France and internationally.
In 2016, Hugues decided to join the Morgan-Philips group to develop the transition management consulting business, in which he saw growth potential.
In 2020, he joined the direct-approach recruitment firm Haussmann Executive Search to create and manage the Transition Management subsidiary, covering the industrial and real estate/construction sectors.

Nathanaël Trouiller

Partner

Nathanaël holds a Master’s degree in Information Engineering. Since 1997, he has spent his entire career in executive search. He first worked for Heidrick & Struggles and then moved to Egon Zehnder where he participated in the recruitment of senior executives and executive committee members in the industrial and service sectors. In 2006, he moved to an independent executive search firm to focus on the recruitment of senior professionals in the real estate, construction and infrastructure sectors. He co-founded Haussmann Executive Search in 2010.

Dominique Objois

Senior advisor

Dominique has spent most of his career in large French groups (Pechiney, Alstom, Saint Gobain), both in France and abroad, in energy, materials and processing industries. For more than 25 years he has managed companies and business units, as well as two large green field projects in ten countries spanning Asia, the Americas and Europe.
In 2015, he turned to consulting for industrial companies in Colombia and subsequently in France, and in recent years has covered interim management assignments.
With a degree in engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, an MBA from EM Lyon, and a post-graduate diploma in materials physics, Dominique has a passion for intercultural communication and speaks several languages.
